- Develop a sleep routine, with an aim to be in bed the same time, daily
- Wind down, this can be done through breathing exercises or meditation
- Turn electronic devices off
- Not enough Exercise
Regular exercise is important. The amount of exercise you need, depends on many factors. Did you know that exercise can reduce:
- High blood pressure
- Memory loss
It is important that you establish an exercise routine and stick to this.
- Poor Diet
Eating a balanced diet is so important. Processed and sugary foods can reduce your energy levels, contributing toward you feeling drained during the day. A balanced diet requires planning and discipline.
